Meet our Team
Richard Griffiths
Rich endeavors to help people create sustainable and ecologically healthy outdoor spaces. He has a degree in Countryside Management from Aberystwyth University, a background in conservation work, and has been involved in various projects across the UK and BC. He is a Certified Irrigation Technician, and member of the IIABC. He has spent over a decade working in landscaping, hardscaping, and irrigation system design, installation, and maintenance, and loves helping clients figure out how to create a system that works for their space and vision. His passion and knowledge about horticulture and eco-friendly practices allows him to work with clients towards sustainable solutions.
Rich loves to work on projects both big and small, and looks forward to helping you create and maintain your space.
Olena Starchuk
Olena is passionate about creating mindful spaces. As a lifelong learner, she has been gardening since her childhood with her grandmother and mother, and wants to bring that curiosity and generational knowledge to her work. She has consulted with city planners on placemaking, and creating usable and ecologically friendly spaces, built a variety of food gardens, worked in orchards and gardens, and is currently working on completing her permaculture design certifcation. She enjoys designing food gardens in unusual places, while building soil health, and creating a usable and easily maintained space.
